A delicious sauce for ribs, chicken or kebab skewers.
Method
- In a medium BBQ sauce pot combine all of the ingredients and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce the heat and allow the liquid to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir often to prevent the sauce from sticking to the bottom of the pan. If you prefer a thicker sauce, combine 1 tablespoon of cornflour with 60ml of hot water and stir into the sauce.
- Allow a few minutes for the sauce to thicken. Repeat with more cornflour if the sauce is still not thick enough for you. Cover and set aside, or refrigerate, until you are ready to use it. Enjoy!

- 6 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 60 ml Hot Water
